Service Overview
Apply for your first Trinidad and Tobago passport. This service is for citizens who have never held a passport before or whose previous passport has been expired for more than 5 years.
Eligibility Requirements
Who Can Apply
- • Citizens of Trinidad and Tobago
- • Never held a passport before
- • Previous passport expired more than 5 years ago
- • Must be physically present in Trinidad and Tobago
Age Requirements
- • Adults (18 years and older): Can apply independently
- • Minors (under 18): Must be accompanied by parent/guardian
- • Infants (under 1 year): Special requirements apply

- • National ID card or driver's license
- • Passport photos (2 recent)
- • Proof of citizenship
- • Completed application form
For Minors (under 18)

Application Process

Validity: 10 years (adults) / 5 years (minors)
